The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you choose to give it. No accounts, no advertising, no third-party tracking. The one thing you can volunteer — your email address, if you join the notify list — is covered below. Everything else the site remembers, it remembers on your own device.

// What's stored on your device
So the site works the way you left it, two small preferences are saved in your browser's local storage:
  • Your visual setting — whether character art is shown, or left to your imagination.
  • Your reading progress — which story states you've unlocked with the codes from the books.
These stay on your device. They are never transmitted to the author, to any server, or to anyone else, and they are not used to identify or track you. Clearing your browser data — or using the site's reset — removes them entirely.
// What this site does not do
  • No accounts or logins.
  • No advertising and no ad networks.
  • No analytics or third-party tracking scripts.
  • No selling, sharing, or renting of your personal data — not ever.
// Character art
The "Photoreal" character portraits are AI-generated. You choose whether to see them; by default, the crew is left to your imagination. This is also noted at the point where you make the choice.
// Email updates
If you sign up through a Notify Me form, one piece of information is collected — your email address. Specifically:
  • What's collected — your email address, and nothing else. Sign-up is entirely voluntary.
  • How it's used — only to tell you when a book is released and about related series news.
  • Where it's kept — processed and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this site and handles the forms, then forwarded to the author. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
  • Removing it — ask through the contact channels in the footer at any time, and your address will be deleted.
// Links off the site
Some links lead elsewhere — social media, booksellers, and the like. Once you leave lexiseries.com, the privacy practices of those sites apply, not this one.
// Changes
If the way this site handles information ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect it. Questions can be sent through the channels linked in the footer.
