// Service Synopsis
Lieutenant Commander Vack "Tank" Marcola is one of the most decorated active combat pilots in the UGAF. A triple ace with seventeen confirmed combat kills, Marcola holds the distinction of being the only known active triple ace currently serving in the fleet.

Widely regarded as one of the UGAF's premier combat instructors, Marcola is known for turning raw talent into disciplined survival instinct. His instruction style is direct, demanding, and famously difficult to impress — but his results have made him one of the Academy's most respected tactical evaluators.

Marcola's service record is exceptional even by elite pilot standards. He is the only known officer to have twice received the UGA Medal of Valor, the highest military decoration awarded for extraordinary heroism in direct defense of UGA personnel or strategic interests. Those awards, combined with his combat record and instructional reputation, have made him a difficult officer for the Admiralty to sideline — despite holding only the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
